Returns & refunds
You can cancel and return your filter within 7 days of delivery for any reason. It must be unused and in its original packaging. To start a return, WhatsApp 081 829 8622 or email pureflowsa.shop@gmail.com with your order number. Returns should be sent to: PureFlow SA, Rustenburg, North West, South Africa — we'll confirm the exact address with you when you start a return. You cover the return courier cost unless the item is faulty.

Faulty or damaged items
If your filter arrives damaged or develops a defect within 6 months of delivery, contact us with a photo. We'll repair, replace or refund it and cover the return courier cost.

Refunds
Once we've received and inspected your return, we'll confirm by WhatsApp or email whether it's approved. Approved refunds are paid to your original payment method within 10 business days.
